What We Do
Overnight Services (October 15-April 15)
Day By Day Warming Shelter provides overnight services during Wisconsin's coldest winter months, October 15 – April 15. Doors open nightly at 6:00 PM. Guests are admitted on a first- come, first-serve basis with a 25 bed capacity. Guests receive a warm meal and a safe place to sleep for the night. Laundry services and shower facilities are also available. Guests leave in the morning with a bag of snacks for the day.
Summer Outreach (April 16-October 14)
Daytime opportunities for Guests to come into the shelter for food, shower, laundry services and meetings with Program Director or Outreach Specialist.
Street Outreach (All Year)
Staff go out into the community in search of those who may need help – offering Summer Outreach opportunities or Seasonal Shelter, providing food, water and other necessities.
Gateway to Goals
This program offer opportunities for growth in the goal areas of Basic Needs, Sobriety, Financial Stability, Social Connectedness, Employment, Education, Health and Wellness, Housing, and Transportation.
